Our Visual Assessment & Report Visual Assessment: Our Visual Assessment is a process where we visually inspect your property from top to bottom, and from left to right to check for any visual signs of deterioration, missing or broken items, and general maintenance items that need to be addressed. Visual Assessment Report: If we find anything of concern during our Visual Assessment, we report them to you in an easy to understand format. We also include suggested ways to resolve these concerns, in a recommended time frame to ensure the problems don't worsen. |
